Grand Georgian speaks a sophisticated international style that is truly timeless. The homes 'Classic Modernist' ethos embodies transitional interior design ensuring sustained relevance in an ever-changing interior design environment.

Nominated for Best Interior Design at the 2023 Belle awards, this new construction downsizer of Grand proportions was meticulously designed and built to reflect the client and designers' appreciation alike for timeless and quality design.

At the core of the interior brief was hard wearing materials and "easy to clean" finishes, which was achieved with flat panel joinery doors, minimal cabinetry hardware and quartzite natural stones. The home is soft and understated with a strong use of natural materials such as timber veneers, stones, metals, plaster, and Murano glass to layer, add warmth and glamorize.

Architectural layers formed the canvas for the interior brief, stone coining, architraves, ceiling patterns, wall panelling, Georgian tooth cornicing were all thoughtfully considered to feel purposefully placed and honest to the referenced style of the home.
